Delivery + Returns

Singapore delivery

Standard Singapore delivery is S$6.00, and free on orders over S$120.00. Delivery timeframes are confirmed by your carrier tracking once the parcel is dispatched — we don't quote an estimate we can't guarantee.

International delivery

International shipping is charged at S$25.00. Transit times vary by destination and are confirmed at dispatch.

Order processing

Orders are packed in the order they are received. You'll receive a dispatch email the moment your parcel leaves us.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. The link is emailed to you at dispatch.

Customs and import duties

International orders may attract duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.

Lost parcels

If tracking hasn't moved or your parcel is marked delivered but missing, contact us at support@ivoryshores.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll re-ship it once the return arrives; re-delivery is charged at the standard rate.
